Annotation:
The article analyzes the problem of increasing of the number of mechanically disturbed lands that as a consequence entails their exclusion from agricultural use. It is founded that a violation of land significantly deteriorates the physical properties of soils, drastically reduced the content of organic matter and phos- phorus, as well as acidity increases.
