Annotation:
The processes of migration are considered from the perspective of the dialectics of their spontaneity and organization, and migration attitudes are seen as personal states that carry both the influence of positive and negative images of the current place of residence and the potential place of residence in the future, as well as their subjective reframing through the prism of individual, including migration experience, gender-age, educational, and settlement characteristics. For conducting the objective analysis of migration in Buryatia, the all-Russian context is shown: current trends in migration processes in Russia. The dynamics, structure, and direction of migration processes in Buryatia from 1990 to 2021 are studied. The dynamics of the following indicators are analyzed: the coefficient of migration growth/decline in Buryatia per 10,000 population, the structure of migration turnover, migration balance by districts of the republic, demographic aspects. Migration attitudes of young students were examined through the prism of the levels of objectivity of their grounds and the possibilities of state planning of migration processes through influencing migration attitudes.
