Annotation:
The article is devoted to analysis of manifestation of cross-language interference in

Russian speech of Chinese students on the lexico-semantic level. Material for analysis are the writings and diaries of Chinese students in Xi'an Oil University. The author used the method of analysis of common mistakes in Russian speech of Chinese students in combina- tion with comparative analysis. It was Identified common lexical errors in Russian speech of Chinese students: the use of the word in the wrong meaning, the lack of distinction between part-of-speech categorical semantics, breaking the rules of lexical matching, wordiness. Comparative analysis revealed that these errors are interferential, they are attributable to the influence of the feature of the native language on learning Russian language. In conclusion it is noted that an analysis of errors in Russian speech of Chinese students could help in cre- ating methodical developments on lexical semantics, considering the difficult for digestion material, associated with the difference in the systematical organization of the Russian and Chinese languages.
