THE CURRENT LABOR LAW ISSUES OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Labor relations are an important part of the social and economic life of any socie- ty. The creation of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as EAEU), which entailed integration processes with the participation of Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Arme- nia, and Kyrgyzstan, sets the task for the science of labor law to find ways for harmonizing the labor legislation of the EAEU states. In this regard, the study and scientific analysis on the labor legislation of these states represents a significant importance, since on that basis certain directions are developed for improving labor legislation, including the necessary harmonization of this legislation. A great deal of research is done on the certain provisions of the current labor legislation of the Kazakhstan Republic. Moreover, the research high- lights the positive aspects in the regulation of certain issues. Finally, the author points out the existing differences in the legal regulation from the current Russian labor legislation.
