PUBLIC CHAMBER OF THE REPUBLIC OF BURYATIA AS A SUBJECT OF PUBLIC REPRESENTATION

The article deals with the Public Chamber as a subject of public representation. The Public Chamber as an advisory body has become an integral element in the interaction between the Russian state and society in recent years. We believe that the activities of the Civic Chamber are aimed at strengthening the relationship between the state and society, as well as at constantly improving the forms and methods of cooperation between them, the chamber acts as a body that accumulates public interests and helps achieving socially significant goals. Based on the example of the Civic Chamber of the Republic Buryatia, we examine the procedure for the formation and activities of such bodies of public representation, and also highlight the prevailing problems in this field. The study allows a deeper understanding of the role of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Buryatia in the life of society and its significance for the development of civil society in the republic. In the article, the activities of the Public Chamber are characterized through two main forms of relations with the state: firstly, the Public Chamber controls the activities of the state; secondly, it helps civil society to bring their views to the attention of public authorities.
