Annotation:
The article considers the main groups of biologically active substances of calendula Of- ficinalis, the effectiveness of this phytopreparation in the experiment and clinical prac- tice. The pathogenetic mechanisms based on regenerating, anti-inflammatory, anti- edematous and antioxidant effects of Calendula Officinalis are considered. We have discussed the applications and prospects for development of new drug forms based on Calendula Officinalis.
