The aim of the study was to study the effect of the liposomal form of the polyunsatu- rated fatty acids concentrate (PUFA) on the oxidative stress indicators for experimental dyslipidemia. It was established that the reproduction of dyslipidemic state in rats was accompanied by the accumulation of final products of lipid peroxidation in blood se- rum and liver, as well as a decrease in the activity of glutathione antioxidant protection of animal organisms. As a result of the conducted studies, it was revealed that the in- troduction of the liposomal form of the PUFA concentrate against the background of dyslipidemia caused the reducing of the parameters of the organism oxidative stress. There was a decrease in the malonic dialdehyde in blood serum and liver of experi- mental animals, as well as increase in the activity of glutathione peroxidase and de- crease in the activity of glutathione reductaze, which led to an increase in the content of reduced glutathione. The obtained results indicate the prospects of using liposomal form of PUFA concentrate in the development of biologically active additives, drugs and functional food products.
