Annotation:
The article presents the experience of studying the clinical and functional features of the course of severe pneumonia in young people. Factors contributing tj the development of pathology are analyzed. Such as being in organized mass collections at Assembly points of military commissariats, in echelons, during relocation, in training centers in the first months of service. The high levelof morbidity is caused not only by social and household factors, but also by a number of physiological features typical for young people. At the age of 18-22, the growth and completion of puberty ends, and during this period, the formation of a number of systems is not yet complete which leads to a breakdown of the body s protective reactions. At the same time, there is a high risk of developing respiratory pathology, especially against the background of acclimatizationof stress of young conscripts. We have studied 44 cases severe pneumonia from 477 patients with pneumonia who have been treated for the last fiveyears. Treatment is performed in accordance with generally accepted standards, and in the presence of complications, the active use of minimally invasive techniques under the control of modern imaging methods.
