The article introduces the situation of the Heihe Area of the China (Heilongjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The construction of the China-Russia port transportation system has become an innovative task for the development of the Heihe Free Trade Area, which is of great significance for the economic development of Russia and China in the Far East. The article discusses the current problems in the port traffic system, analyzes their causes and puts forward suggestions to solve them.
