The development of a comfortable urban space is closely related to the accessibil- ity and quality of public transport. This article analyzes the residents' feedback on "public transport" in Ulan-Ude, data from municipal institutions on passenger transportation by ur- ban transport, ratings on the quality of public transport in the capital of Buryatia, and eval- uations of the implementation of digital technologies aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of transport services. The rating data and evaluations include the results of socio- logical research on this issue.
