MORAL COMPONENTS OF THE PRINCIPLE OF MAINTAINING TRUST IN THE LAW AND THE ACTIONS OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES WHILE CARRYING OUT JUDICIAL INSPECTION

In the article, relying on personal practice, we address the issues of assessing the moral and ethical components of the procedural behavior of a public authority that abuses procedural rights when appealing judicial acts of arbitration courts to a higher instance. Based on examples of judicial practice, we have concluded that the assessment of compliance of public authority activities with the principles of legal certainty and maintaining trust in the law and public authorities is of great practical importance taking into account the tasks of economic justice, and legal arrangements available to arbitration courts to counteract unfair behavior of public authorities are quite effective.
