Annotation:
The article investigates ergonyms (names for various enterprises) and pragmonyms (verbal trademarks). This layer of modern languages vocabulary has been actively extended from the end of the 20th – the beginning of 21st century. The study is based on the material of the Japanese, Mongolian and Chinese languages. Ergonyms and pragmonyms belong to special group of onyms. Their derivation is a continuous pro- cess, significantly intensified in recent years due to the socio-economic changes tak- ing place in Japan, Mongolia and China, integration with the world economy, inter- action with Western culture and the influence of other extra-linguistic factors. Re- search of this type of onyms is closely connected with the study of dynamic process- es taking place in modern onomastics.
