Annotation:
Possible perspective applications of magnetic nanoparticles as dielectric with a wide range of dielectric permittivity changes in phased antenna arrays (PAA) with magnetic control are considered. Thermodynamic modeling of the magnetite creation process for various conditions has been carried out. Under the action of laser radiation on a bulk sample, magnetic — Fe3O4 nanoparticles, were created. The particles were characterized by the methods of transmission and scanning electron microscopy, X-ray phase analysis, optical microscopy, laser diffraction. The sizes of magnetic nanoparticles, their elemental and phase composition were found.
