Annotation:
The functioning of the special economic zone of tourist-recreational type in the Baikal region requires the development of creative industries as a key direction of the economy. The article analyzes the current state of creative industries in the Siberian Federal District, proposed a method for calculating the integral index of the creative potential of the region.
