Annotation:
The article is devoted to the analysis of using the automated training complex for development of the professional competencies of Bachelors in "Electrical Power Engineering and Electrical Engineering". The automated training complex allows to implement the practice-based training of Bachelors in electrical power engineering. The article reveals the content of the automated training complex, presents its main capabilities and advantages as an effective means of forming the professional competencies of Bachelors. Particular attention is paid to use of learner-centered, contextual and activity approaches to development of Bachelors’ professional competencies in the framework of this complex. Organization of the learning process based on these approaches in the context of the automated training complex contributes promote professional skills of Bachelors. As an example we have presented a business simulation organized within the framework of the automated training complex.
