TOWARDS THE SOCIAL FORECASTING AND NOOSPHEROGENESIS

The article deals with the designing of social development. One of the basics for social de- sign may be the concept of noospherogenesis. An analysis of the global systemic crisis shows that the further development of a consumer society will lead humanity to a civiliza- tional deadlock or a global catastrophe, which, in turn, will determine the disappearance of modern civilization and the degradation of humanity as far as the humanity has run a pro- gram of self-destruction, provoked by "Thanatos". Considering various social forecasts, we note that philosophers have long discussed the problems of non-assertive social behavior, that it is time to seriously think about anthropo-socio-cosmogenesis, about the strategies that will lead humanity to prosperity. If the noospheric strategy is understood and imple- mented properly, coevolution of natural and social systems and nature-friendly social being will allow the humanity to reach a new level of development thereby preserving its spiritu- al and social potential.
