Annotation:
The article aims to study role of Sino-Russian educational cooperation under the construc- tion of “One Belt and One Road” through analyzing the cooperation between Inner Mongo- lia University and Kalmyk State University. We further analyze the current situation and existing problems of the educational exchanges and provide an effective resolvent for the further development of Sino-Russian cultural exchanges.
