Annotation:
Currently, a personality orientated approach is widespread in higher professional education, in particular V. V. Davydov’s concept of developmental education. In the article we analyzed per- sonality orientated approach to teaching students of Buryat State University in the framework of developmental education, which, in our opinion, contribute to formation of personality sustaina- ble motivational and value attitudes to any type of activity. We have established an association of students’ educational activity at "Physical Education" classes with the motivation to motor activity based on natural need to move, and also analyzed the basic conditions for formation of students’ sustained interest in physical training at university.
Keywords:
personality oriented approach, developmental education, Davydov’s concept of de- velopmental education, motivational and value orientation, motivational and value attitudes of students, physical education, need for physical activity.
