Annotation:
The article consider socio-political development of the Mongolic peoples through the
prism of formation of social and political vocabulary. From ancient times, the Mongolic
peoples began to work out their own distinctive social and political vocabulary, which was
rapidly developed during the period of the Mongol State. The vocabulary of the Mongolic
peoples completely reflects all aspects of their socio-political development. It contains the
terms for all aspects of social life, political and legal system, administrative and military
structure. We single out the stages of the Mongol State development and note that each
stage is characterized by its own social and political vocabulary. The article also highlights
the borrowings from Chinese and stressed the enormous influence of China on the process
of Mongolia’s social and political development. Finally, we have come to the conclusion
that formation of social and political vocabulary of the Mongolic peoples contributed to
the development of Mongolian culture and nomadic civilization in general.
