Annotation:
The Department of Inorganic and Organic Chemistry is organized at the Buryat State University with the aim of further scientific integration with the Buryat Scientific Center of the SB RAS and the implementation of students' theses on the basis of chemical laboratories. The department is based on graduates of the leading universities of the country: Novosibirsk, Irkutsk State Universities, Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology, etc. Now the department has 3 doctors of Chemical Sciences, 7 candidates of Sciences. Today the department trains graduates in two specializations "Inorganic Chemistry" and "Chemistry of High Molecular Compounds". Thanks to this cooperation, students have the opportunity to get acquainted with scientific laboratories and participate in scientific work from the first year.
