Annotation:
Biochemical characteristic of strain Ga-35 Paenibacillus dendritiformis is studied. It is shown that culture has a high subtilisin-like activity. Peptidase are stable in a wide range of temperatures from 23 up to 60оС and рН from up 7,6 to 10,4. The data on substrate specificity and the results of inhibition analysis demonstrated the presence of extracellular subtilisin-like peptidases in the studied culture.
