ECOPHYSIOLOGICAL FEATURES OF CULTURES GROWTH ISOLATED FROM LAKES DIKOE AND KOTOKELSKOE (REPUBLIC OF BURYATIA)

The cultures of cyanobacteria and eukaryotic algae from lakes Dikoye and Kotokelskoye were identified. As a result of a laboratory experiment to identify the characteristics of growth the cultures were neutrophilic and halotolerant organisms. Active growth of isolated organisms was observed at pH 8 and NaCl concentration from 0-100 g/l.
