Annotation:
The article substantiates the role of extracurricular activities in establishing partner- ships between a family and an educational institution. It is noted that recently in teach- ing practice much attention is paid to working with a family and strengthening family values. The analysis of this problem shows that the social partnership between a fami- ly and an educational institution is an integral part of the policy in the field of child- hood. Thus, the pedagogical conditions of partnership with a family are considered: respect for the family as a system; humanity in working with the family; observance of subject-subject relations; ensuring emotional safety of parents. The basic principles on which the interaction of family and school in the framework of the implementation of extracurricular activities. The main stages of implementation of social partnership are characterized: introductory, diagnostic, design, content-practical, evaluative-reflective. Taking into account the proposed principles, conditions and stages, a mechanism for establishing social partnership between the family and the educational institution in the process of implementing extracurricular activities has been developed and tested. A survey of parents conducted in the framework of the evaluation and reflexive stage showed that the process of establishing a social partnership between the family and the school in the framework of the implementation of extracurricular activities is success- ful.
