RESEARCH EXPERIENCE OF SELF-REALIZATION AT WORK

The article deals with the psychological phenomenon of self-realization in creative ac- tivity as a dynamic factor of vital self-realization. The author highlights the theoretical positions that are the methodological and theoretical basis for studying the psycholog- ical phenomenon of self-realization in the creativity. Two strategies of self-realization stand out: as the realization of a task set "from the outside," and as the realization of one's own life task. The process of self-realization in creativity is considered active- ly — the activity, semantic aspect of life, the process of active, proactive self- realization, involving the maximum realization of human creative potential. In the ar- ticle are given some results of the study of the motivation of self-realization: six dom- inant motives of self-realization in work are distinguished on the basis of content analysis of texts using the reflexive method «My life and creativity».
