Annotation:
The article shows the results of studying the ways of protection of the owner of an easement. The article provides the analysis of law enforcement practice of establish- ment of the easement by courts of general jurisdiction. The author proposes the neces- sity to clearly identify ways to protect the easement in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
