Annotation:
The article touches upon the topical issue of consumer credit insurance. It pays spe- cial attention to borrower´s life and health insurance as a way of securing credit ob- ligations. The author concludes that insurance cannot be used as a method of secur- ing obligations to the bank unless the latter fulfils all the necessary conditions of providing insurance services to the borrower.
