Annotation:
The article focuses on such a novelty integrated into the Law on participation in shared constructions as compensation fund as a way of securing developer´s com- pliance with commitments. The authors analyse and question the efficiency of com- pensation funds as of an instrument of completion of troublesome objects. The au- thors identify the necessity of using additional financing sources in order to com- plete the construction of houses of contributors and of making amendments to the legislation on equity construction.
