LEGAL REGULATION OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

This article examines the main key points, the problems associated with the essen- tial terms of the contract, the legal regulation of relations related to the implemen- tation of works under construction contracts. The problems of fulfillment of obliga- tions to contractors under contracts are considered and analyzed, the ways and methods of solving problems on fulfillment of contractual obligations are offered. The article presents statistical data of Arbitration courts of the Russian Federation, which provide a key assessment of the need to study the issue of settlement of civil relations of participants of contractual relations related to contracts and construc- tion contracts.
