INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEURS AS SUBJECTS OF LABOR LAW

Constitution of Russian Federation guarantees freedom of choice of profession and occupation (part 2, article 37) and also it guarantees freedom of business activity and protection of any private economical activity which serves to make a profit or to get an income (article 34). Wherein freedom of business activity includes such aspect as freedom of establishment and regulation of labor relationships and free- dom of choice of employees. From this point of view individual entrepreneurs act as employers, one of basic subjects of labor law relationship which have a central place in labor law relationship system. This article is aimed to clarify legal status of individual entrepreneur as employer and study of features of legal regulation of labor activity of individual entrepreneurs acting as employers.
