THE CONTENTʼS FEATURES OF THE PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT IN RUSSIA AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES

The article describes the features of the content of the prenuptial agreement in the comparative legal aspect of the Russian legislation and a number of other foreign countries. The basis for the comparative legal analysis be- came such states as the USA and China, as well as a number of Scandinavi- an countries - Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Following the results of the study of the family legislation of the above-listed states, the main character- istics of the prenuptial agreement in these countries are formulated. Ac- cording to the results of the study, a conclusion was drawn on the similari- ties and differences in the legal regulation of the prenuptial agreement insti- tution, in terms of its content, representatives of different legal systems.
