Invalidity of Transactions under the Laws of Russia and Mongolia

The most widespread basis of origin, change, termination of civil rights and ob- ligations is a transaction. As a legal fact the transaction must conform to the fol- lowing requirements: be made in due form by the proper subject, the unity of will and will expression must be present, the content of transaction must not be inconsistent with the requirements of the law and morality. In the legislation of Russia and Mongolia the summery of grounds for invalidation of transaction is similar, although there are some differences, in Russia the summery is broader. There are also some differences in the characteristics of the grounds for the in- validation.
