Annotation:
The article is devoted to research of the recent problem of development and change of shared construction legislation. Special attention is paid to the changes made by the Federal law N 218-FZ of July 29, 2017. It is concluded that creation of the cor- ollary limitations to tenant builder not so much will protect the rights of the shared construction participants as will impede feasibility of house building at the expense of the citizens and, as a result, will cause hefty increase in cost of the housing on primary market. It is pointed out the necessity of additional changes in shared con- struction legislation.
