Annotation:
The article proves that the grounds for participation of the Russian Fed- eration in economic companies can be general and special. The work highlights such special grounds for corporate rights acquisition as natio- nalization, privatization, budget investments, etc. We have come to con- clusion that privatization is only one of several grounds for origin of the rights of the state to participate in economic companies. This corres- ponds to both the general principle of equality of subjects of civil law, and the individual legal norms, in which this principle is embodied.
