Annotation:
The Chinese legal system has specific features, which causes a constant in- terest of Russian scientific community. We analyze the establishment and de- velopment of legal regulation of trade unions and collective agreements under the laws of China, starting with the studying the norms of Chinese factory leg- islation. It should be noted that the research do not give any particular attention to legal regulation of such acts of employers and employees interaction as col- lective agreements by Chinese legislation.
