The article discusses the right of public law education to maintain a share in the author- ized capital of an mixed companies. The author considers this right in the context of basic ideas (principles) of corporate law. The author formulates the signs of this right, determines its correlation with another state right named golden share, as well as with the rights of other participants of the mixed companies.
