Annotation:
Nowadays land is considered the main type of real estate. It can be burdened with such rights as ownership, gratuitous use, rent, etc. However, certain restrictions may also apply. So, in the Republic of Buryatia, on the territory of the Tunkinsky district, the Tunkinsky National Park was created, the borders of which coincide with the administrative border, and therefore, people living in this territory are not able to register property rights to land plots of the agricultural category and human settlements.
