Annotation:
A contract for the gratuitous use of a land plot is a type of loan agreement. The article analyzes the features of the content of the contract for the free use of land. The authors drew attention to the essential terms of the contract for the free use of land plots. The article analyzes the positions of scientists presented in the legal literature on the issue of gratuitousness and urgency as one of the essential conditions of the contract.
However, due to the peculiarity of the subject of the contract of gratuitous use, namely the land plot, special attention is paid to other requirements that are imposed by the land legislation.
