TO THE QUESTION OF SELF-PROTECTION IN LABOR LAW

This article reveals the concept of self-defense as one of the ways a worker protects his violated labor rights. The Institute of Self-Defense is the intersectoral institute of the foundation, which is the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the main signs of the employee's realization of the right to self-defense. The main situa- tions in which the exercise of the right to self-defense of violated labor rights are possi- ble are identified. The problems of the article seem relevant. The article attempts to define the concept of self-defense in labor law. The author offers the option of amend- ing labor legislation. The legislative implementation of the author’s proposal will help to eliminate terminological errors and will serve as the basis for a uniform understand- ing of self-defense in labor law.
