TО THE ISSUE OF INTRODUCTION AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE CONSTITUTION OF MONGOLIA

In this article, the authors made a brief comparative analysis of the procedure and procedures for approving and amending and amending the previous Constitutions of Mongolia, and this connection the process of making additions and changes to the current Constitu- tion of 1992 is being considered. The authors briefly cover the historical aspects of intro- ducing changes and additions to the Constitution of Mongolia in their previous versions. The main idea of the authors is that the main provisions of the main Law of the state do not depend on any political conjuncture, on the coming to power of representatives of another party. In conclusion, the authors would like to hope that in the event of adoption of these amendments to the Constitution of Mongolia, ultimately, it will positively affect the stability of society and state.
