THE WAYS OF EXTORTION BY CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

This article discusses the question of how to commit extortion, the subjects of a crime including (organized crime group) organized criminal group. The method of committing a crime has a complex structure, in which, along with the criminal-law elements of the characteristics of the offender’s actions, both the analysis of the methodology for collecting information by criminalistics means regarding a particular category of crimes and the analysis of procedural forms of evidence. The author has studied three fundamental positions of a number of parties of criminal scientists on the concept of a method of committing a crime as a whole based on content analysis. The results were obtained using selected research methods of such methods as comparative legal analysis, induction, deduction, synthesis. The influence of the qualitative characteristics of the members of the organized group on the method of committing and concealing extortion was especially noted.
