ISSUES OF ENSURING THE INVIOLABILITY OF THE STATE BORDERS

The article attempts to analyze the problem of ensuring the protection of mineral resources of state borders. This problem is relevant due to the lack of regulations on the safety of subsoil at the borders. The scientific literature of Mongolia reflects the general problems of the inviolability of state borders, but the concept of transboundary subsoil of Mongolia and issues of legal regulation have not yet fully studied. We have analyzed the views of Mongolian scientists on this problem. This bring us to the conclusion that there is a need to study the experience of foreign countries in technologies for detecting, identifying and recording violations of subsoil boundaries, to amend the current law in order to strengthen the fight against violations in this field.
