FORMATION OF SOCIAL TOLERANCE OF JUNIOR SCHOOLCHILDREN

The article is devoted to the formation of social tolerance of junior schoolchildren. In mod- ern society, in the conditions of social tension, more and more attention of researchers is attracted by the ability of a person to accept other people, to treat them positively. This al- lows us to consider tolerance as a multi-component phenomenon of objective reality. The process of education and upbringing in a tolerant environment consists in understanding a person's place in the world, in mastering the ways of interaction with him. On the basis of the study, the levels of tolerance in conflict situations were identified. The results of the study showed that it is necessary to organize work with children of primary school age, the content of which should be aimed at preventing conflict behavior in children and the formation of social tolerance.
