Measuring the quality of education in modern theory is one of the priority are- as. Currently, many indicators and indicators have been developed for conducting inter- nal and external examinations of the quality of educational services. The article is de- voted to the use of Agail management in the municipal education system. It attempts to analyze the effectiveness of using Scrum and Kanban methods in the educational pro- cess and in project activities. These methods contribute to flexible project management, visualization of the results obtained, and increase the level of team performance. This will allow you to implement educational ideas of any complexity in the shortest possible time at the lowest cost. The results of the study will help you make the necessary man- agement decisions in the future, predict and make adjustments to the quality manage- ment of education at the municipal level.
