Annotation:
In the article, the authors reveal the role of motivation in the development of the pedagogi- cal potential of the rural teacher of Mongolia. The study provides an analysis of the profes- sional and educational activities of teachers in Mongolia. The factors affecting the profes- sional growth of teachers are studied, it is revealed that motivation is a key point in the formation of a constant need for continuous professional development of teachers.
