Annotation:
The article is devoted to hotly debated issues of the quality of legal education and the interrelated problems of motivation for students to learn when they receive it. The ar- ticle reveals the current challenges of digital reality, presenting new requirements for future lawyers, analyzes the points of view on the digitalization of legal professions. The author substantiates the conclusion that digital technologies will lead to the fact that the content of the legal profession will undergo drastically changes. At the same time, artificial intelligence is not able to completely replace a person, as a bearer of moral qualities, in the implementation of legal activities. In this aspect, the article suggests ways to increase the motivation of educational activities in order to prepare spe- cialists more adapted to the modern requirements of the digital state and digital rela- tions. Among the effective means of developing competencies is the organization of legal clinics, including the creation of their websites, within the framework of which students will be able to obtain relevant knowledge, abilities of all kinds of competen- cies: general cultural, general professional and professional.
