PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES IN THE STRUCTURE OF COMPETENCIES OF BACHELORS OF JURISPRUDENCE

In this article, the author explores the general cultural, general professional and special professional competencies of bachelors of law. The author identifies their features and considers their distribution. As a result of the study, the author comes to the following conclusions. Firstly, general cultural competencies should be supplemented with the following competency - the ability to analyze the main stages and patterns of historical development for the formation of patriotism and civic position, or derive this competency from the requirements of other educational standards. Secondly, it should be removed from the general professional and special professional competencies, those of them that, due to their content, cannot be attributed to such. Among the competencies listed in FSES HE 40.03.01 Jurisprudence there are abilities that, by their nature, can be classified as general professional.
