DEVELOPMENT OF PUPILS ' COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCY

The article substantiates the urgency of the study of the problem of the formation of communicative competence of pupil’s in the educational process. The authors draw atten- tion to the existing contradiction between the objective need to form and develop the communicative competence of pupil’s in the educational process and the insufficient theo- retical development of the issue in pedagogical theory. The article clarifies the definition of "communicative competence" and outlines the stages of its formation from the point of view of an active approach. The methods, forms and means of developing the communica- tion competence of pupil’s are considered.
