Annotation:
The article deals with the consequences of mass digitalization in the educa- tional sphere. The main stages of formation of remote learning in Russia are considered, and the actual problems of its development in modern conditions are outlined. The main advantages and disadvantages of remote learning in the context of the coronavirus pandemic are revealed. The main technologies, methods and tools of a modern teacher that were used in the pre-covid period and in-covid are identified. The research question of this article is to determine which digital technologies are most effective in the conditions of remote learning for University students. To determine the effectiveness of the methods and digital tools selected for research of a modern teacher, the article de- scribes an experiment that was conducted in the group of the master's program «Theory and practice of tourism» of the direction of training — «Tourism», faculty of geography of Lomonosov Moscow state University (spring and autumn semesters of 2020).
