PEDAGOGICAL USE OF INNOVATIVE FORMS IN ORGANIZATION OF LEISURE ACTIVITIES OF SENIOR ADOLESCENTS

The article is devoted to the problem of organizing cultural and leisure activities of senior adolescents. We have analyzed the educational potential of innovative forms of organization of cultural and leisure activities of senior adolescents, determined a methodological approach to organizing quests. Quests as an innovative form of such ac- tivity and a special semantic construction allow not only solving the specific educational tasks, but also contribute to increasing the effectiveness of targeted changes in the exter- nal structure of adolescents' cultural leisure, and adapting them to realities of the modern world. The article is aimed at identifying and substantiating the educational potential of quests as an innovative form of organizing cultural and leisure activities for senior adolescents. We have used the following research methods: analysis of pedagogical research and edu- cational practice on the problem of implementing innovative forms of cultural and leisure activities of senior adolescents, advanced development and implementation of quests in supplementary education establishments.
