Annotation:
The article is devoted to the relevance of using logopedic rhythmics (logo- rhythmics) in remedial work with children with special needs. Logorhythmics corrects speech disorders and deviations in psychophysical development. Children develop physiological and speech breathing, learn to understand tempo and rhythm of speech, its expressiveness, gain skills of facial expression, articulation and speech in a playful way. The article analyzes the peculiarities of children with disabilities, in particular with intel- lectual disabilities, describes the logopedic technology «Logorhythmics», its purpose, tasks, methods and ways of logopedic intervention. The presented verbal-motor games are aimed at developing all types of motor skills, respiratory system. They allow children to form associations between expressive movements and characters in poems, dramatiza- tions, fairy tales, and develop the coordination and regulatory functions of movements and speech in children with intellectual disabilities.
